Training is an essential part of being prepared. Being able to endure the many obstacles we face in our daily lives comes down to us being comfortable with adversity. One of the many benefits from training in martial arts is facing constant challenges coming in the forms long grueling training sessions, tough training partners or learning new techniques. Training provides us with the opportunity to face adversity, so we not only become comfortable in it we shine when things get going. Martial arts training has shown that it is helpful with building confidence for both children and adults alike. Being able to step out of comfort zone and try new things can seem intimidating and takes lots of courage but in return the experience and rewards go a long way.
